there are always so many people buying at Big W and the service always terrific and the staff are very efficient

it is located at a nice spot but long Wait at check out no experience staff and long wait to get simple assistance

the value of there clothes is great and they are very classy look to them no need to spend heaps to look great for any occasion. the service is great i love shopping there

good store, never had any problems. lots of price checkers around the store which is good makes it easier to shop =)

Waited 21 minutes for a Customer Service person to get specific advice, I ended up looking around and found what I needed - Big W NO Customer Service - Big W will say they were busy, then why DIDN'T Big W put more staff on???????
