I would not recommend this vet, the receptionist was so rude when I wanted to discuss euthanising our dog with cancer. I ended up cancelling the appointment and went elsewhere. It’s hard enough to have to make this decision but to be spoken down to by the receptionist and interrupted was cold, cruel and embarrassingly obnoxious. If I could give no stars I would.

My little dog had been bitten by a wasp or something and her face had swollen up and when i rushed her to the closest vets, Greencross, the staff were very friendly, understanding and patient. the Vet himself was very nice and took the time to explain things to me. They exceeded my expectations in the friendly service they provided!

Wouldn't trust my pets with any other vet. Exceptionally friendly and qualified staff. Always so helpful and caring for our pets. Cost is no concern when it comes to service like this, and knowing that our pets are in good hands.

I have taken my pets to this vets for years. they have great and excellent service and the staff are so helpful and so friendly. They also have just upgraded to Biggera waters from runaway bay and they have a pet groomer there now as well.
