Great AUSTRALIAN on-line shopping site, they have great offers and deals and occasionally offer free shipping. the site is easy to navigate and the products are of a really good standard. before i purchased my first item i emailed a few questions which were answered really fast, polity and in detail so great customer service is offered.

My first order through big gift went smoothly, arrived promptly, within 3 days of my order. My second order, however, got lost off their system. I waited patiently for two weeks, then rang to inquire about it. They were very pleasant on the phone, the woman said she would check with her supervisor and ring me back. Another person rang within an hour, said she couldn't find my order, said again she would check with a supervisor and that I would hear back from them the following afternoon at the latest. It's now been two days since that phone call and I haven't had anybody call me again. I am unimpressed
