Everything about them is drama, my insurer sent me to them, nothing lined up properly, hadn’t fixed 2 issues so has to go back a second time after dealing with my insurer. Charged insurer for front grill then when I collected my car original grill was still there so when questioned they magically replaced it. Save yourself the trouble and choose your own repairer as they can’t organise repairs of a go kart.

Just got my car after a paint job, my experience is absolutely crap with these guys. The car bumper was well aligned before they removed for the paint job, they just can't refit it properly and made it look worse than before. The guy who delivered the car was ridiculously arrogant, didn't want to understand the issue that i was trying to explain, just kept arguing that he knows the cars better than anyone else on the planet. I went to these guys just because my insurance company was tied up with them. My recommendation for other is never go to these guys, opt for other company for all your work, irrespective of your insurance company's recommendation.
