Bought a couple of items via Bigpond Shopping and were happy with our purchases. It was quick to arrive and works well.

My husband and i recently both dvd,keyboards and a GPS off bigpond,oh we got the best bargain and it has been 2 years now and it's been perfectly working well.
We absolutely enjoy shopping with bigpond and would recommend it for everyone wanting good service and excellent performance.

I purchased an Akai 9-inch Swivel Screen Portable DVD player with USB & Card Reader. Price was the best I could find on the Net & included free shipping. Delivery took a little longer than quoted but not too bad. Unfortunately the screen started to play up after a couple of months. I emailed Bigpond Shopping & they had no issue with me returning the player & sending a new one. I returned the player & confirmed with Bigpond Shopping that it had been received. After 5 weeks & having not received the replacement I emailed Customer Service who offered an apology & advised I would receive the new player within a week, it arrived 4 days later.
