I always wanted to try Bikram yoga and I'm glad I took the class with the best facility and instructor in Sydney. The instructor was friendly and encouraging.
Great facilities, a genuine warm caring welcome, and the instructor was inspiring, encouraging and clear. I liked how they were down-to-earth, not 'woo-woo' and demanding or demeaning. (Like some others.)

Bikram Yoga here is amazing. It is one of the best facilities and class structures I have experienced and everyone is welcoming and friendly, regardless if you're a beginner or an experienced expert. Known to be a favourite of a few famous faces in the area, it's a great place to get fit and have fun.
