Yes, in the busy season you can except to wait some time for mechanical work to be done, but that's the case anywhere. For professionals, a good range of high quality gear is always on hand, and for homeowners there is good value to be had as well. The staff are always friendly and willing to help, I should know as I have been a regular customer for over two years.

Rang them after 14 days and they said they still haven't started it yet and to ring back next week.

Meanwhile the lawn still needs mowing. Might just go to bunnings and buy a new mower.

We recently needed to have our whippersnipper repaired and our mower serviced. When I arrived at the store and explained what I wanted, they quite happily came out to my car to help bring the equipment in. They gave me a worst-case scenario quote of 2 weeks and, quite happily, we got a phone call a week later saying that the items were ready to pick up. Again they helped me by bringing the equipment out to the car to load in. Reasonable prices and friendly service - I will be returning in the future.
