Item advertised and purchased was not available and took nearly 2 weeks to get a refund and had to send heaps of emails - terrible service

Do not ever deal with this company. Ordered an item, they took my money, then three weeks later I chased up the order after absolutely no updates at all, only to be advised that they could no longer get the item. At least they could have had the decency to let me know a lot sooner after I placed the order, so I could have found an alternate REPUTABLE company to deal with. They have ruined my Xmas, so I now sincerely hope they now have the worst Xmas imaginable.

I am appalled by billy guyatts! lies and deceit. I purchased a Q80T tv back in November 2020 they then email me and said I am on a pre order list eta January, I then get an email saying that it is expected at the start of feb. i then get an email saying sorry Samsung can not fulfill this order.

so i called Samsung and spoke to them, oddly enough i can buy direct from samsung and i would receive it within a week. Billy Guyatts will not live up to there black friday sale prices hence why they lie and blame another company.

I was looking to buy a Breville Fast Slow Cooker after seeing it advertised. They were $199 in shops but I found them for $133 at Billy Guyatt's! With no more retail stores, this business is online-only, hence the amazing savings.

Delivery was prompt and I had no problems with the transaction. I'd definitely deal with them again, particularly with the low prices on offer!

I bought a Sony 5.1ch Blu-ray Disc Home Theatre System - BDVE280 from Billy Guyatts on 25 January 2012.

These guys had the cheapest price by far on this system ($275 + $18 postage). The order was despatched promptly and what arrived was as described.

However after a short while I discovered a few faults with the item. Having dealt with companies with horrible returns policies before, I rang them up expecting a battle (e.g. being fobbbed off, told to contact the manufacturer or giving up because return shipping made it uneconomical). However Billy Guyatts was fantastic. After the phone being answered straight away, the guy that picked up could help me without transferring me to another department. After a couple of minutes describing the problem, he agreed to send out a return shipping label so that I could return the item without cost. This was a breath of fresh air and it definitely gives me the confidence to buy with them again.
