Have shopped here many times and have always had a good experience. The staff are always happy to discuss things with you and are very helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you are after they will see if they can get it for you. Good range of items on display for sale. Prices are always good or you can wait until they have one of their sales to get a bargain.

Took son in before Christmas to choose a drum kit. It seemed like we came at an inconvenient time for customer service as we were asked what we were looking for, gave the attendant a basic idea (as we weren't too cluey at that stage as to what to look for). He showed us one stack of drums, said there you go. And we said thanks but no thanks. Walked out the door and found another fantastic drum shop elsewhere to buy the kit. Fancy allowing a sale to walk out the door within minutes.

I wanted some musical equipment for a present. The staff member was very patient and spent considerable time with me to work out exactly what I needed. He then showed me several options and recommended a product - but only after he questioned me for some time on the circumstances that it would be used so that he was confident that it would be appropriate for the eventual recipient's needs.

i dont actually play drums, i play guitar but i know what is good and what is not when it comes to drums...i went in with my mate who is drumming freak and we both agree that is is a wikked shop and has all the right things at a very good price. good work guys

These guys are some of the best. They know their instruments, they have great staff and they always have top quality products cheaper than most places. I highly recomend this place to anybody. There is nothing bad I can say about it.
