My partner being a muso could not resist going inside to browse and pick up a couple of things that interested him, have to admit the customer service was really awful. We were never approached once, nor greeted for that matter and just left to our own to browse. So surprised as other Billy Hyde stores in Melbourne are always helpful! Apart from that great range and selection here, not sure if I would recommend it to a beginner, probably more to suited to people who know what they need and can look for it themselves as I doubt you would get much help here!

I needed accessories for my ukulele - they were all available here. The staff were very helpful both with service & product knowledge & made me feel welcome.
