Been here a few times it never disappoints. Ok bit more expensive than China town but look at the view??? If you want silver service fine dining then don't go Chinese.,. Ever!!! But if you want great fresh chinese food then go here with a view to match any in the world-the best chinese restaurent. Food has always been fantastic, fresh and cooked... loved it.

Billys is an awesome family Chinese restaurants that is eat-in or takeaway and provides direct comfort food that has delectable choices on the menu.

I love Billy's! The place is rather worn and casual inside but very cozy. The place where you can go for a great meal and NOT get dressed up for the occasion! The service is great but feel sorry for thee waitress as always run off her feet (but with a smile!) The place is B.Y.O. The prices are unbeatable! They do take away and deliver. This place really is worth a visit for great food.
