Terrible service. I bought a new LG fridge at Bing Lee Balgowlah and it was delivered damaged with 2 dents on the main doors. I asked for a refund or replacement but I was told that LG will come onsite to replace the door. The team is very slow responding to the emails. How lobg will that take?

Purchased a TV from the Rockdale store this week. A big thankyou to Harry who was so helpful, patient and efficient in assisting us and just couldn’t do enough but not pushy at all whilst still offering a competitive price. Also the delivery man who came was so courteous and helpful. So thankyou for such a pleasant experience we will be back Bing Lee

Only business who would price match and have a particular vacuum sent from a Sydney store for no extra cost to me...the buyer.
I was amazed how many electrical appliance stores would NOT do this.
Was called 2 days later to collect ordered vacuum.
KAREN was the exceptional sales assistant who managed to provide excellent customer service over the phone. Something I found very lacking in other stores.

we got our washing machine from here and received great customer service, They salesman wasn't pushy and didnt mind going through all of the options and details of the couple of machines we were undecided on. We picked ours up but they do offer a delivery service for a fee. Always ask for their best price as you find they will give you a better price then the tickets says.

The guys at Bing Lee are awesome. They don't mess around nor do they exhagerate to get a sale. I have gone in several times asking about a product that I saw else where for a cheaper price and they have always matched and beaten that price. I even got some free advice on a surround sound system I had just set up.
