I booked (and paid in advance) a skip to get rid of some hard rubbish. The driver arrived, realised his truck was too wide for our driveway, told us he'd "be right back" and left. We waited TWO AND A HALF HOURS for him to return, or at least answer our calls.
When I finally got hold of someone at the office, I was told by a very rude staff member there was nothing they could do as all the drivers had gone home for the day, after all but being outright told it was my own fault.
I requested a refund since the service I'd paid for hadn't been provided, and was hung up on after being told someone would get back to me. Still waiting for my money back guys!

Approximate cost: $400

Absolutely great business & very nice owner great professional employees helpful to customers. I had few invoices & price issues previously.
However very big luck of senior management in their accounts department.
