I found this store by while looking for fair trade items to purchase. They are more organised than other on line stores and i loved the helpfulness shown by one of the staff members who I spoke to on the phone.The goods arrived very quickly and were packaged using recycled materials. What a great green company.

great experience everytime i go to store. Attentive and helpful shop assistants but also let you browsw. Proves you can get ecofriendly and fairtrade products that are stylish and reasonably priced. You can guarantee it will also be a unique gift if you are buying something for a gift.The shop also has the most amazing selection of books and magazines.

I also shopped around for prices and Biome was the cheapest for the product I bought (glass drink bottle), although they weren't the cheapest for other items. Love the philosophy and the range. Combine the brilliant service with fast delivery and I'm pretty impressed with the overall experience. Highly recommended!

I ORDERED 3 LARGE GOODBYNS, TWO COLOURS ARE NICE STRONG COLOURS - BRIGHT PINK AND BRIGHT ORANGE. BUT THE OTHER ONE PINEAPPLE YELLOW SO PALE. NOT REALLY LIKE THE YELLOW COLOUR. BUT I FEEL LAZY TO RETURN BECAUSE I HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE..
