I bought a couple of scoopons and the girls did a great job hair and facials. I was booked in for a friends wedding in November and I phoned to confirm my booking (as this was made months in advance) to get a answering service which regretted due to illness that the salon will be closed for a couple of weeks and all appointments will need to be rescheduled! Well they had my details and no phone call. I kept calling every couple of weeks until recently (January) now the phone has been cut off. I spoke to another shop in the centre and they said they havn't been there for a while and their letterbox is overflowing with mail. No wonder, very bad management, the girls were lovely and it was a one stop shop - I wonder how many others lost their 'scoopons'...
