i have been taking my car to bips for years now and i couldnt be happier with the service... i started going there when my previous mechanic had quoted me $200 more on a job...
the owner there, sam, and his son, adam, are really great welcoming guys and are easy to understand. They are honest and fair and always do a fantastic job! couldnt be happier with the way my car is going and im very happy with the service and friendliness the guys at bips offer...
I'd recommend this service centre to anyone... A+
I went in for a service and asked for a FEW THINGS to be done. I returned with the owner having done over $500 more of additional work. He took advantage of the fact I was a female and knew little about cars. I was very disappointed and will not recommend this service centre to anyone. The work he did , I did not approve of, he just went ahead and did it and expected me to pay for it. After all of that, he forgot to put in two of four new brakes pads I asked him to do and my brakes and belts are still squeeking!!!!!

By the way he DID forget to put in two of my break pads, and everything I have stated DID happen.
I don't go out there putting effort into posting bad reviews about businesses on the internet for nothing. I am just trying to help other consumers, especially females stay away from a place that performs so poorly, and also, I was extremely dissapointed about what happened.
If I had received great, HONEST, service there would be no need for this post. I hope he has reviewed the way he does business since this experience.
