I popped in to meet up with some friends and after viewing the smoothie options I decided to order a coconut smoothie. Well, it didn't go as planned as after order the smoothie, the staff member told me that they don't do coconut smoothie. I pointed to the board showing that they have the option on the board and she replied back "Yeah but we don't actually make them. You can have any of the others but not coconut". I told her that I was quite disappointed as what is the point in giving the option knowing that you don't make them. I told her that the coconut option should be removed from the board but she just laughed. I was told that they are happy to give me a cup of coconut milk instead. Very disappointed.
