I personally wouldn't buy another Birds Smallgoods ham ever again. There was far too much sinew, far too much dark red fatty substance and far too much fat in the one I bought. It weighed 5.8kgs and cost $70. (i.e $12 a kilo)

Approximate cost: $as above

The reason for the great number of stars for service is that I went to my old butcher who actually sold me the Birds Smallgoods ham, not the smallgoods proprieter themsleves

My family always shop in Auburn not because of it value but also to find the best quality meats. Once we found this shop we don't only found a cheap store but all the best quality meats are in here. The staff are friendly too.

Great quality meat and fantastic value. They have been there for a long time which is a good sign. The staff are friendly and the hams are the best. Its nice to shop with confidence and all their stuff is just great. Thank you

Fantascic ranhge of meat. poultry and smallgoods. Mostly available in bulk but the prices are fantasctic when you buy 2 -5 kilos or so. The bacon is really special and buy whole rumps and they cut it for you at no extra cost. Much cheaper than local butchers or the supermarkets

Approximate cost: $20
