These guys need to take a look at the BWS guidelines on discretion and judgment when someone is in the store with their teenage child. As a regular customer who tends to stop in to buy a bottle of wine on Friday nights, for the first time my teen came in the store with me after we'd been shopping at the nearby IGA and when I went to buy the wine I was horrified to be publicly accused of buying the bottle of wine for my child, and then refused service! Will never return.

always willing to go the extra mile, carry things to the car, order in special items, very friendly, outgoing staff, remember their customers names and drink preferences. Top marks.
