My wife purchased some curtain remnants that she was told would be sufficient to cover a two and a half seater couch..That was not the case,and they refused to refund or even credit the money paid.I tried to reason with them,and tried to leave the curtains with them only to have the owner throw then into the street behind me as i left the shop!!! The owner then retreived them off the footpath and took them back inside...I have not gone back there...What a disgraceful attitude towards a customer...

This is a positively shocking manner for any business to behave and we strongly recommend you lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC. Please feel free to private message us should you require any assistance. We consumers simply must unite when it comes to demanding a better (lawful) level of customer service. Incidentally, if you had of been able to obtain video footage, not only could it have been used for evidentiary purposes, but also to report the business for littering. We strongly advise you report the matter (to hopefully prevent it happening to others) and in order to obtain the â??legalâ?? refund to which you are entitled. Let us know if you need a hand.
