Quick business lunch at Bistrode to start the week. Nice open and reasonably quiet room despite the reasonably numbers in. Service was very good and food even better. Plates we had were the whole John Dory, Kangaroo and fish of the day. All of us were pleased with our selections. My kangaroo was juicy and matched well by the beetroot puree.
