if i could give 0 stars i would... can't believe they have such great reviews!! wanted to buy some cevapi, rang ph. and lady said 20 pieces=10$... put address in gps & took me to HURSTVILLE... rang business. aussie guy yells @ me it's shop on corner! that's as much 4 an address! when finally find shop after much roaming around, in NORTH arncliffe, aussie accent guy says he "can't fucking hear" me?? i repeat i booked 2 trays of cevapi... he throws trays in a bag, i pay & when i looked inside bag they were the 20 tiniest - 1 inch - pieces i ever saw!! back home, i reluctantly cooked those and they were so dry i threw them straight in the bin... needless to say i'll never ever step in that shop! first & last!!

I think they have the BEST meats in sydney, and I have been everywhere to search for quality meat-comming from a farm I can tell the rubbish that some sell-I gladly travel up from Moorebank to buy thier meats.I even buy my Paprika Powder loose by the kilo from him, as we have purchased another popular brand and found it to be mixed with sand,Icant mention the company but them were very accomodating when I complained. BITOLA is the best no chemicals n crap!!When you get this kind of quality i dont mind paying a little extra because I dont have all the nasties that go into the meats at some of these butchers shops.

Have been going to this local butcher for years, great service and all the meat is fresh including all the cured meats. The only thing is a lot of the cuts are a bit pricey. I understand it is only a small business but keeping prices lower will attract more business.

Bitola Meats is by far one of the highest-quality butchers in the St George District. Brian serves some very fine quality meats and is always friendly to customers. However, prices at Bitola Meats can be quite high, but nevertheless, the quality is unbeatable.

The butcher makes its own bacon,hams and other continental smoked goodies on premises and they are yummy!! Fresh meat they sell is also in good quality and reasonably priced, too.
