Bits and Pieces WHY,WHY,WHY! I purchased 2 fabulous Glow in the dark puzzles, They look fantastic,however that is if they were complete......Now i cant get them in Australia nor can they be sent from overseas, WHY? I have been left with 2 puzzles that were to be gifts to my young daughter and now are useless. Can any one please help me to find where i can purchase these puzzles so i can complete these.I would purchase them from o\seas if need be ........These were good quality and value puzzles but now they are useless incomplete......Heartbroken...

I liked buying items online with Bits and Pieces Australia. It's a shame that we now cannot buy from them any longer. The company does not take orders from Australia.

Got the catalogue in the mail and it contained lots of things that I thought would be great for xmas presents. There are lots of different puzzles that I haven't seen anywhere else. I purchased Sudoku game, sequined hat, nail art pens and spy pens. The products were of good quality and matched those in the brochure exactly.
My problem was with the service. I ordered in the first week in November and received some goods approx 2-3 weeks later, although my name was on the outside of the package the contents were for someone in NSW. I returned these products and received the correct ones in about 2 weeks. One product was out of stock and I received an email mid December saying it had been despatched. I didn't receive it until 3 Jan, it certainly took a long time to come from VIC to SA. To top it off, I discovered just before xmas that my credit card had been debited twice for both shipments. Have phoned the company and sent in documentation as requested and hope this will be sorted out soon.
Whilst the products are good, the hassles I have had aren't worth it to me and I couldn't recommend to friends that they buy from this company.

I checked out on line to see if the prices were not over the top and they were not they were actually better
As you are only paying 9.95 for del doesn't matter how much you order
Sometimes you think you are saving going to those sights and getting something cheap but when you work out what your paying on top of that for del its often cheaper to get it here
They had things like cups with dogs and cats that bark and meow and fish and when you put water in another big fish appears a dear one as well jigsaws cow chicken sheep deer sculptures build your own wagons wild west target game light up sports balls air guitar with infrared light laser scissors beaded bracelet loom kit stone face tissue holder are just some of the things you can get
You can get a catalogue sent out if you want one and sign up
You get an email when you have purchased letting you know approx. when it will arrive and what you ordered
Emails with any questions are answered pretty quickly and issues are easily sorted out
