Held my receipts for 7 months after a 'free quote' which I didn't go through with due to it being too expensive... Because I didn't go through with their quote they suddenly decided to charge me a fee for quotation and said if I didn't pay it I would be sent to debt collectors. THE most unprofessional business I have ever come across in my life.
