I had a problem with my windscreen wipers in my '92 BMW. Occassionally they wouldn't turn off.
I am a single woman. It's hard to find someone that is honest, that actually listens to you and then asks questions and you can trust.. and you don't feel like you are being "duped".
I can totally recommend Black Diamond Auto Electrics without hesitation..!!! My experiences with him has been very positive and I've left there without a trace of skepticism. I'm that pleased that I'm writing this review!!!
The first time I went to him. I just popped in, but he spent at least 30 minutes trying to find out what was going on.. Changed a fuse just in case and didn't charge me a cent..! I did however give him $20.. Although he couldnt find what the problem was then, he said to bring it back if it happened again. That was about 6-8 months ago.
Recently the wipers wouldn't turn on. Sometimes they would for a couple of turns and then stop. and then the other day.. They turned on and wouldn't stop again!
My mechanic sent me to another auto electrician who told me I needed a new motor. (my experience with guy wasnt a positive one either..) This just didn't seem right to me.. You know when you have a gut instinct???
So.. I remembered Black Diamond Auto Electrics and popped in again to book my car in.
Once again..he LISTENED to me explaining what was happening..checked the fuses and bumped the "relay box" ( I think..) and what do you know...? There was the problem!!! Wipers were working!!! No charge again for his time..! And my wipers are just dandy again..!
