I would like to rate this Business as zero out of 5. The number of errors made by this company is unbelievable. Too many to list in this short review page but to name a few; the coffin was too small, the flowers were incorrect, the death certificate contained many errors. The level of customer service was diabolical. I feel completely and utterly taken advantage of and it is my opinion that are completely and utterly dishonest. Especially regarding the charity box which was provided by them without prior consultation with me. After contacting them several times to enquire about the funds raised at the service, I had to contact the Charity directly who then called them. The amount they then sent to the charity is well below the amount my friends and family donated. I have contacted The Fair Trade Commission about this company and their recommendation was that the funeral home make a refund - which they refused. They take advantage of people at a vulnerable time. Please choose your funeral home wisely so you do not have to go through more upset than is necessary.

Not a very busy place,but fair prices for whats needed to do a funeral,the companies assistants where sympathetic and good help to our specific needs.
