Very disappointed

I was very clear my newly rescued Labrador was reactive to other dogs when on lead. Come they said we’ve seen it all. I pay and we turn up. For 2 weeks in a row we were told we can’t attend the class and sidelined. Stopped attending and requested a refund. Crickets…never received refund.

Could NOT recommend this place any higher.. Trainers are brilliant! So polite & they all know what they're doing! Price is CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP but the quality is through the roof! I recommend this place to EVERYONE I know who has a dog and anyone who is getting one :) LOVE it!! :)
