I have just had two sessions with Wendy which have been very helpful. I have arthritis in my neck and have been having bad headaches. The mobilisation that Wendy has done has relieved the pain and increased the amount of neck movement. Another session and I should be pain free which is great. Exercises and posture advice was given so that I can help prevent the problem becoming acute

I had an injury from netball which they were able to help me recover from very well. They also provided excellent information on how to avoid similar injuries in the future and ongoing exercises to strengthen the injured joint.
