Absolutely lovely staff and Vets.
Very compassionate and caring. We sadly had out 19 year old Cat put down here. They were amazing and supportive during that hard day. We received a sympathy card from them in the mail and the Invoice didn't show up for a few weeks after that, it was just a little gesture like that, that shows the empathy they have. Highly recommended

Have had two bad experiences here. We took an old cat in and were treated as idiots for wanting to spend money on an old animal which only had a few months to live or only days if not treated. Had previously taken in a rat with a lump on its neck and was asked what did I expect a vet to be able to do. When I said use a syringe to check if it was an abcess or a tumour he agreed he could do that.
