Used them 6 or 7 years in a row but never again. Slow, inefficient, no communication. I have to call them every few days. Ask for information I've already supplied. Fee keeps going up. No way, see ya

I have been using blakers taxation services for the past 4 years and have been more than happy with their services. I Always go to the same guy, Cyril and he has got me the best REFUND, and in such a quick time !!! I would more than recommend their business for accounting and tax returns. I Come all the way from Murdoch to Bedford to make sure I get the quickest refund and best service and will do the same for the further years to come. The price for the quality is PERFECT !!!

Like all businesses, there are good and bad outcomes. I have dealt with Cyril for a few years now and everytime I have a query, I'll ring or go meet him in his office and he's always available to see me without any appointment. The staffs are very efficient and reliable. Looking forward to see them again this financial year. He's had this accounting business for over 15 years and still doing great

I had complications with my tax returns in past few years.I tried couple of other accounting premises still I wasn't happy.Finally one of my friend recommended Blakers Taxation and I visited them and I can confirm that the way they solved my problem and the way they handled it shows how much experience they have.Finally after prolonged years everything is sorted out . I would rather pay tax then go back here. $ 900.00 for two tax returns with two investment properties. I rang other tax accountants and they quoted $500- $600 for the same tax return. You don't have to be an accountant to work out who's best. My advice is to get a written quote before getting a tax return. I also found the management rude when questioned about what they charged. They said your paying for my time. I hoped this helped.

They are the worst people I have ever ever dealt with! Charged me outrages prices compared to everyone els and when I questioned it the awnser I was given was its the way it is!!! I paid over the top prices. Just please read this and don't go to them!!!! I'm so angry now!

I have been doing my tax here for 9 years and i have never had a problem. My refund has always been on time and the staff are always really friendly. I look forward to going back there for my 2013 tax return

I would honestly go as far to say, they ( Blakers in bedford are the worst accountants in Western Australia!! Completely unprofessional, disorganized and frankly rude! Due to a family split investment we've put up with the poor service for the past 4 financial years, after yet another poor dealing we won't be returning!! Save your time and money people!

Worst tax accountants in Perth. Like Grassias, I had a similar issue occur to me in the last 6 months. Having had Blakers complete my tax return for the last 2 years I figured I might as well go back for ease of use, as I am now living in the UK. Via email we did most of the communicating, Blakers committed to helping me out from abroad. They then began to be selective in what communication they would respond to. They were unresponsive when I inquired about a doubling of their service fees. Additionally they (Luc) had also forgotten to factor in additional ATO fees... 2 months after receiving my tax return I then received an ATO letter advising I owed an additional $842 (!?) as a result of the tax accountant error. Since then they have been unresponsive to emails and phone calls. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE POORLY ORGANISED AND THEIR OFFICE LOOKS LIKE THE FALLEN WORLD TRADE CENTRES!!

Blakers have been doing my tax for the last 6 years, however the last few returns have been a little more complicated than usual. This year i provided them with all the information but he was in a rush when doing the return, somehow things were missed, $3300 worth of intrest charged on an investment loan, and $1400 of depreciation (rolled over from a previous year). this was not the problem. the problem was the owner of the company became agressive when i advised him he had made the mistakes and was requesting him to look into it and double check it. the phone call ended when he simply said "well if you dont like what i have done then find another accountant!" and hung up. this man is rude, to customers and his staff, one look inside his office you will see he is messy and unorganised. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR HELP WITH YOUR TAX LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE!
