My little girl started vomiting this morning, her name is Daisy. It’s a Sunday today. I brought her on an emergency basis . Once again I was taken in immediately. I saw Dr. Jo who is officially her veterinarian. She is absolutely great. She is knowledgeable, kind, thorough and listens to what I have to say. I’ve had nothing but excellent care since I’ve been going there. We always talk about a treatment plan and she says if anything changes just bring her back right away. This veterinarian clinic is lucky to have her. my Daisy is currently resting and sleeping nicely.

My 3 year old dog was misdiagnosed with a tooth infection which was actually cancer. Constant calls and visits and was ignored about my concerns. His left side of his skull had collapsed and lump under left eye was increasing in size. was advised this would return to normal. Continued Bleeding from mouth 4 days after “teeth” that were infected were removed. Wasn’t able to eat or drink without blood. My dog was struggling to eat and drink and walk. Refused to listen to concerns and do further testing. When moved vets delayed sending notes and file over. At new vets was instantly treated for suspected cancer and was major testing which confirmed it was cancer and NOT a tooth infection. The mass had crushed the entire side of his jaw and his skull had collapsed. Due to their misdiagnosed, not do further testing even when asked resulted in my dog having limited treatment options which lead to his passing. I have also contacted the vet board to lay formal complaints . My dog didn’t deserve inadequate and negligent treatment in his time of need.

Approximate cost: $2000

Went to this vet as my dog had been limping long story short the first vet we seen told us she needed one type of surgery then on the day of the surgery was told it was a different surgery so after a few weeks after the surgery she ended up limping at in pain again too be told she needed the surgery she was first suggested so after complaining we ended up getting this surgery for free so my poor dog had to have surgery twice for there stuff up was no big deal too the guy though even with her getting surgery and we had a 1 week old baby. Well months came and go and guess what she started limping and being in pain so back too the vet different guy though refused to see the same guy again and we were now told she needed the piece that we had paid over a grand to have it. So my poor dog has had 3 surgeries in a year and a half. I havent been back since and will go elsewhere.

Approximate cost: $1800

I cannot say enough kind words about this Veterinary Service. The wonderful staff blow me away with their kindness and gentle way, not only with our fur babies but also with us, at such a stressful time.

This is not our usual vet but will be from now on. Our poor cat became unwell on Sunday and we took him to this vet clinic in our area. Sadly our cat had to be put down but the service we received was amazing. The vet was so helpful and understanding very sympathetic to our loss and she treated our cat as kindly and as carefully as we would ourselves. Definately using this 24 hour service again and again
