An agent here is rude, condescending and passive-aggressive. The end of lease process was painful and drawn-out, and we will not be dealing with them in future.

Extremely unprofessional and rude. I had the displeasure of renting a property managed by them, and I have never encountered such incompetent or unhelpful agents. They made my house mate and I pay a bill which they had previously told us would be the responsibility of the owner, and gave us two days notice of this before the bill was actually due.The staff was incredibly rude during the period that we were moving out, despite the fact that we were overly helpful to them, and made an effort to let them fit in as many open houses as possible. Getting our bond back was the most painful process in the world, despite the fact that I am an absolute clean freak. The smallest things like few finger prints on the cupboards meant reorganising our cleaners to come back out, in order to get bond money back. Definitely avoid this place like the plague!
