I ordered 4 shirts. All medium. When they arrived, I tried them on and they were huge. I would estimate XL, though they were marked M-Medium.
I contacted customer service who at first didnt believe me, then instructed me to take photos and measurements of the items. I did this and they replied that the measurements were within the allowed amounts.
I purchased these shirts as BlankClothing market themselves as great fitting shirts, but they are worse than $5 shirts at discount stores.
The sizings are wildly off.
Customer service then told me that I could get store credit. No, according to their own T&C's I am entitled to a full refund. After much negotiation, I ended up getting a refund, but I had to pay for the postage. I then asked for a refund which took 2 more weeks after the tracked parcel arrived back at Blank Clothing.
So, after a total of 6 weeks I am $12.99 to the worse and have nothing to show other than poor customer service, delayed emails, delayed refunds etc etc
Terrible fitting clothes, and terrible customer service.

Bought two shirts online, didn't fit so returned them. Requested a refund. They gave me a store credit. I have an email trail of around 10 emails asking them to refund my money instead of a store credit. And when they finally did refund my money, it wasn't the whole amount, around $10 less (not including postage). So not only is their service terrible, that makes them dishonest as well. Buyer beware!

Hard to buy plain long-sleeved polos. They are either poor quality made for the school market or else expensive with embroidered logos which I don't like.
These have a long body length and good sleeve length and though I haven't put any through a wash, they look great quality.

Great on postage and no charging per item.
A little expensive on the items, compared to other suppliers, and that adds then to you actually charging for postage per item eg almost equal pricing per diff suppliers

Simply put, clothing just as described (for me: casual-home-lounging-light social wear), no tricks or dodgeyness (is that a word?), highly durable quality, and based on previous items, the gear lasts very well indeed (garment care instructions? What's that?).

Price appropriate and far better value than others I have used. I can't comment on any personal interaction or communication as I've had absolutely no reason to. They just deliver what they promise. An ideal internet shopping experience. The items are excellent and have arrived on time. I will definitely recommend and use them again. Kudos for website design and ease-of-use. Excellent visual representation of clothing items and ability to browse, detail zoom, change colours, style, etc. Would like to see a larger range of colours now that I think of it; maybe some washed-out pigments and/or seasonal tones. Amazing customer service from them. It is hard to purchase clothing online as you can't feel and touch the tshirt before buying. But the online chatroom helped answering any questions i had. Highly recommended! Will def. purchase my tshirts from blank clothing again.

To be fair, I had an axe to grind.

I was looking for a 100% cotton TShirt supplier and found Blank Clothing, thought I'd give them a try so I ordered ONE TShirt to try it and ...it was comfortable, well made and not expensive (even adding on the freight cost) GREAT!

So I ordered TWO more, this time another Black and a Grey. Upon receiving the my TShirts I was disappointed to discover that although the Black one was 100% cotton, the Grey one was 85% cotton and 15% viscose.

To 90% of the population this would be no big deal, unfortunately I'm one of the 10% who cannot wear synthetics. Basically that means I can't wear any cotton mix material and even some 100% cotton material sets my teeth on edge, that's when it became evident that like many people, I may also be allergic to certain dyes and treatments applied to the fabric.

Pain in the arse,...you bet! After 5 years my wife has actually started believing me and stopped calling me a fussy bugger.

Disappointed, I emailed Blank Clothing and complained that despite their website stating that this range of TShirts was 100% cotton, the Grey one WASN'T! To be honest I was expecting the normal cop out, "we reserve the right to change the material in our products blah, blah...."

I was pleasantly surprised when I received an email back less than 2 hours after I'd sent my complaint in (and on a Saturday) informing me that they were extremely sorry, they didn't realise that the Grey TShirts were not 100% cotton as all the other colours were and thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Would I also like to choose replacement that would be shipped to me immediately.

Within the hour I checked their website and they had ALREADY posted a disclaimer, in bold red type, stating that the fabric of the grey TShirts was 85% cotton, 15% vicose and not 100% cotton as stated.

Well true to their word my replacement TShirt arrived within the week and I'm a happy little vegemite.

Got to hand it to these guys, they probably deal in orders of dozens, if not hundreds of TShirts and yet they had the decency to sort out this small order personally, with no quibbles. These guys deserve a fair go, I will go on ordering from them and know a few mates are interested as well.
