Product never worked. App has a bug.
Company ghosts all messages.
Takes MONTHS and contacting PayPal before they do anything.
Cost ME postage to return a faulty product. Refuses to refund postage from original purchase, refusing to refund second product because it had been opened - opened during app download before "bug issue" presented.
Now out of pocket $45 for something that NEVER worked and they already knew before posting it that their app has issues!
