Magnificent Customer Service. Andrew from Blind Rescue was polite, professional, friendly and knowledgable regarding curtain care. He was honest and upfront about costs associated with cleaning curtains, explained why the curtains looked the way they did ( the wear and tear) how to care for curtains and actually said in our circumstance it would be cheaper to replace them and even suggested the best type to get. Meaning we didn't require them to be cleaned. However from a customer service perspective I definitely recommend if you want an honest opinion and quote. When our curtains do need cleaning we will be calling him :)

We recently had Andrew McDonald from Blind Rescue come to our house to repair a blind and were pleased with the job he did so we decided to get a quote for 2 new vertical blinds for a bedroom. Andrew was very helpful with choosing the right blinds and colour so we went ahead and ordered them. He came with our new blinds, arrived on time and had them installed in no time, we are completely satisfied with our new blinds ( perfect colour to match our newly painted walls ) and we would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and the way he conducts his business, also an extremely pleasant person to have in your home.

I had 7 sets of timber venetian blinds installed and am totally thrilled with the results. Andrew was patient and extremely helpful concerning the choosing of colours, careful with the measuring and explained each option clearly. The blinds were delivered and installed quickly. There was no pressure at any time and Andrew was confident and skilful and and an all round good guy who was a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend Andrew and Blind Rescue.
