The views from the 36th floor are amazing!! We were not lucky enough to get a window seat, but was still great! I think everyone needs to experience this! It is very pricey but there is a great range, and some cocktails I had never even heard of. Staff are very friendly, fast and helpful. Glad we decided to go up for a drink!
The views at Blu Bar on Level 36 of the Shangri-La Sydney are simply sensational! This is a very trendy bar, where everybody is well dressed and ready to enjoy breathtaking views of Darling Harbour, the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House over a beverage with someone special. Blu Bar offers a superb range of wines, cocktails and liqueurs. It is pricey to have drinks here and it can be hard to get one of the lounges by the window, but the experience is amazing! I recommend that everybody comes Blu Bar for a drink sometime, even if it is just one visit - you will not be disappointed!
Yeah they do not take bookings for those tables which is unfortunate. I suggest getting there early and jumping on that waiting list straight away.

Sounds fancy, but shame they don't take reservations.
The receptionist is not that nice as other bar, but the view is amazing too, a little bit line up to move to the small table. The drink quite nice, a romantic place as the atmosphere is dark
