Visited Brighton Central and enjoyed a coffee here at the Blue Bird Bakery. Always have enjoyed this bakery and now have seen them in their new premises. It is as good as ever.

Another quick visit to buy a pie for lunch. This bakery has been here for many many years and I came here when I used to live this way (before marriage). Great savoury and sweet treats and is renowned for it cakes. Special place

Always a delight popping into the Blue Bird Bakery, my girlfriend and I really indulge here. Love their pies, sausage rolls and assortment of cakes, never leave without something deliciously sweet to take home for my family. Never disappointed with the quality or service. Yum!

After a working bee at my sailing club I popped into this bakery for a quick snack. The sausage roll was tasty and filled the empty tummy until lunch time. Great range of savoury and sweet items. Wonderful cakes on display. Great for special occasions.

My friends and I have indulged on the pies and sausage rolls many times but most recently I purchase a mudcake for a friends birthday. It was nicely decorated and tasted absolutely delicious, it didn't last long. Will have to purchase 2 cakes next time.

This is an old established business which is something of an icon in the area (and beyond). It has wonderful pies, pasties, sausage rolls for a takeaway. The cakes are well known and they are supplied for many private functions. I grew up in this area and all these years later I still buy a sausage roll when passing.
