I will say the choclates here are amazing. The range is great and they have some real treats (especially at easter time). I find the service to be hit and miss some of the staff are just lovely and really helpful and others (one in particular) is just awful, she is rude and seems to have no problem swearing at customers. The prices are quite high for some things and reasonable for others but the quality is outstanding!

This store has previously had a terrible reputation for rude service, really really rude service. I went there with a co-worker looking for a birthday present and found the sales assistant incredibly helpful and nice. On asking she indicated the store had been sold six months ago (and is now known as Melting Moments). If you've had bad service here before I recommend you try again and see the difference for yourself. The chocolate is delicious and the staff very helpful - and polite.

Wonderful product and delightful service - based on my experience living in 4 Australian cities including Melbourne. It's a shame a rival choc shop owner has unreasonably dissed this business in another rating and got their assessment of the good people here just plain wrong. BTW I don't know the shop owners either! Just an independent citizen.

Dared to complain to the proprietor about a bad experience I had in their Chocolate Boulevard store. She ended up telling me to "get a f*****" life because the subject of my complaint turned out to be her daughter.

Blue Cat Fine Chocolates is a delightful boutique chocolate shop in Brisbane city that I stumbled on by accident. It sells some of the best handmade chocolates in Brisbane. You can select individual chocolates yourself and pay by weight, or choose a beautiful pre-packed gift box. The chocolates aren't cheap, but they're worth it for a classy gift or an occasional indulgence.
