Had breakfast and coffee here the other day with a friend. They were running a little late to open up the shop by 8am and seemed a little flustered. Once they got going though I noticed quite a steady stream of customers. They have good coffee and the toasted muslei was delicious. This suburb really lacks options but overall a great little place to eat.

Blue Iguana is a gem for Seaford! The alternative beach cafe has has a tiny menu and tiny portions to match... But Blue Iguana has great food, great atmosphere, huge selection, fresh juices, good service, nice deck, and clean bathroom facilities. What more could you want?

After being ignored over the road at the beachfront cafe, my wife and I walked over to this place one saturday, looking for lunch.
We told the lady at the counter of our horrible experience over the road and how we had walked out, were hungry and a littel short on time. She was friendly and cordial, offered us a table outside. They then overlooked and ignored us (they were not even half full). Two staff members went on a break, stood next to us outside and lit up smokes. the rest of the staff fluffed about rearranging tables and re-cleaning things. After about 20 minutes of being walked past and ignored we walked out. This place is a joke. The two times we had eaten there previously the food was passable and the coffee ok, but the service, like many other places, is total rubbish. They cant even deal with refugees from their competition with any skill, attention, or even common decency. There is obviously too much money around, that businesses that ignore, SMOKE ALL OVER and generally neglect their paying customers can stay open.

Absolutely atrocious! The service is slow, the owner/manager rude, food horrid - went with my family and waited an hour for food - eventually left without eating with not so much as an apology and then tried again with some friends and my friend found a cockroach in her spinach! This is a local of mine and I am terribly disappointed - I will not return. I write this anonymously as I have seen the owner threaten people before.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a coffee, anytime is great at Blue Iguana. Finally Seaford has a cafe / restaurant that delivers great food in a cosy environment with staff that are truely passionate and friendly. Great steaks and the mezze is to die for!

there have been a few different cafes/owners in this spot over the years, and finally Seaford should be proud - great food, wine, good service and it seems hard working and passionate owners... its a long way from the usual village fare of fish and chips and charcoal chicken and as a local I am happy not to have to drive to the city or mornington for real food and ambience. well done blue iguana!

Had the misfortune to lunch here an experience hard to forget. Over priced below average food and very poor service I won't be going back. On the bright side it was funny to see the antics of the stressed out manager, my friend says he is better than Basil Fawlty! Shame really this place could be good...
