Unfortunately it has not been a good experience to me! I guess it would work for you if you need a male next to you or if you have low stands. So far I have been struggling to accept any of this guys. I think they have so many girls but not enough guys however in my first meeting it was sold as they had plenty of good matches to send on my way and very attractive guys. I am a bit frustrated and there is no refund or alternative way. It may work for you but is definitely a joke for me.

If I could give ten stars out of five, I would!

First up, whoever is writing all that nonsense about BLL being greedy, etc., don't know what they're talking about. BLL are very reasonably priced, and actually gauge whether one is really ready to engage their services or not during the initial contact. No hard sells, no promised mountains of gold, no tricks. What you see is what you get.

Second, matchmaking naturally comes with no guarantees. Those reviewers complaining about not finding the love of their lives through BLL (despite being sent about half a dozen profiles), aren't doing BLL any justice. Robyn's goal is to 'match' you with the most suitable person - hence the term. Robyn's job isn't to make you and your match fall in love with each other.

Third, grammatical and spelling errors? Really? Give me a break! You want 100% proof-read material - go to the Lowy Institute website. Look at the underlying message and content, NOT how it's spelled.

Finally, Robyn's agency does a terrific and hardworking job finding matches for people of all sorts and walks of life. And Robyn personally keeps that killer smile on her face, despite, I'm sure, copping it very unfairly from time to time from bitter, disappointed cry-babies who aren't sure themselves what it is they want.

I would like to share my experience with blue label life. It’s is fake and a scam. They just try to talk you out and will promise the skies but it’s such a fake organisation. In last 2 years they were not able to give one good profile and when asked to refund membership they provided terms and conditions that declined is counted as profile introduction. Which means if we don’t like ten profile, we still pay them. That’s a laughing statement. Anyways when I joined no terms and conditions were shared and all was told me that you can decline as many as you like.

Now after 2 years with such a pathetic service by the company when questioned for refund, they shameless say they will not. Raising to ACCC and will raise a complaint to consumer court, so that people are made aware this is a scam. Please don’t trust them.

I am left very saddened by my experience with this company. The current Director, Robyn Nind, is trading off Samantha Jayne's (the previous director's) name and reputation.

My experience with this company has left me feeling very negative of Blue Label Life and all people and companies affiliated with them.

The matches have been few and far between and definitely not what is stated in their contract. When there have been matches they have been of different cultural backgrounds to those that I feel compatible with. After requesting this stop, the matches got worse and worse in compatibility. The times when I have spoken with what appears to be the only staff member, the Director herself, Robyn, has been rude and dismissive in one sentence and in the next requesting honesty as this process only works if both parties give honest feedback, maybe she is a Gemini.

I have repeatedly caught Robyn out lying about match attributes. This is really easy when you meet someone and the information provided has the person in front of you laughing at how inaccurate the information passed on actually was.

If you are of the male persuasion, don't worry, Robyn will bend over backwards to help you. She will flirt and make small talk. You will feel comfortable and confident that you will meet an amazing girl. And you might. But that poor girl will have been through one hell of an experience to meet you, not a fun one.

If you are female, don't bother. Women are only clients to fulfill the male's dreams and ego. Didn't you know? Lets take a step back in history and become collateral again.

If you are considering a matchmaking service, please do yourself a favour and do not entertain the thought of using Blue Label Life's services. The 'service' that is advertised is not the service that is provided.

If you feel like having your soul ripped open and be told how life is and how you should behave as a professional adult by a company that advertises itself as 'supportive', by all means, throw thousands of dollars away to a corporate pig of a company that will destroy your dreams.
