Very rude lady, I am sure she's the boss. Refuses to exchange first and forces to buy smaller size clothes which are poor quality, rough and overpriced. Myer is much better. Will never buy again form this store, they don't let you post reviews on Google as well, would have given 0 star. Worst store ever, I buyied from Macquarie Park.

Worst customer service EVER (Roselands store) So rude! You can find BETTER quality and nicer clothes at Myers that match the price tag.

We got gifted a dress for Xmas but it was very heavy material. We had the receipt so we went and exchanged it within days of it being purchased.

It took the lady 40 minutes to make the exchange and she was trying so hard to confuse me the whole time.
Firstly my receipt showed $80 was paid for the dress.
The worker (I am sure she is the owner) was trying to tell me “when the dress was bought it was in sale and the sale was no longer” mind you they had sale signs up all over the shop.
I said “don’t worry I will just get the same amount as what’s in the receipt” which she replied “that’s what I am trying to tell you not the same because no sale”. Anyway I got a skirt $30 and a dress $50.
When we tried to make the exchange she put the dress behind her register and took a good 20 minutes to type on her computer as she apparently had trouble making the exchange. She then handed my the skirt and new receipt and said thank you (I assume she was done) so I said and the dress. She said “oh no I change the skirt for the dress you returned” so a $30 item for a $80 item which I had a receipt for. So I got a bit annoyed as I had already been in the store for 40min trying to make the exchange with my toddler running a muck and this sales lady got in my last nerve. So I said “listen my receipt says I am returning $80 so the skirt and new dress is a total of $80 never mind sale or no sale it’s $80 so I want the same value that’s in the receipt” and she was all like “oh no no you misunderstand I mean I didn’t put new dress in system” she tapped the keyboard twice and handed me the dress. She apologised for the “misunderstanding” and I kept my cool but 100% will NEVER buy anything from there and I will tell all my family and friends to NOT get my daughter anything from there- we love clothes so really their loss!!
My advice is go Myers, check out La Sienna online (beautiful dresses).
Or at the very least no NOT buy gifts for others as they will have hard time exchanging and your money will go to waste. If you do buy for yourself make sure you will 100% use it!!

Went to the Roselands store and brought a dress for my daughter's birthday, the family became unwell and had to cancel her birthday party and she couldn't wear the dress. We finally got well and I went to get a store credit but because it was 1 day over they wouldn't do it! I couldn't believe it and the lady was so rude and had no interest in helping!

Approximate cost: $95

Shame the customer service doesn't extend outside of Sydney. Had to refer a Canberra store issue to Consumer affairs because they refused to look into a shoddy pair of girls shoes that fell apart after 3 weeks. Still waiting for a response and the store in canberra has now closed. Dodgy trader in my eyes with no customer service at all

Great customer service. Needed a little boys suit on a very tight time frame and decided to give this company a go. They posted same day so it would arrive with time to spare. Unfortunately the suit didn't fit due to my son being extremely long and skinny. This is a common problem that I have with him and not a fault of the clothing. They were very happy to refund and did so quickly after receiving the suit back. Would shop there again for my daughter, but not my son due to his build. For a stockier chubbier boy would have been a good value for money suit though.

Fantastic products - particularly kids and babies shoes - at very reasonable prices. Great shop for special occasion wear such as flowergirl dresses/boys tuxedos.
