After many quotes from contractors many people didnt want to do the job as it was a small job.
Chris from Blue Sovereign came and did an awesome job, very happy with the work, he built a fence/gate at a rental property.
Will be using him again and again.
I recommend Chris to all.

Fantastic service, Chris is very friendly and polite, the work was completed in the time frame specified and there was even damaged rails on the adjoining fence that he replaced for no extra charge, the workmanship speaks for itself. Highly recommended.

Chris , Sam and joe who work for blue sovereign did a fantastic and professional job when doing the job.
No mucking round in and out fast with a quote and very professional. They left the sight clean behind them which was even better. The outcome of the fence was fantastic and at a high standard. Since having my fence done in my street 4 other houses have followed and have gotten blue Sovereign Fences to complete all of theirs too.

No messing about turned up when they said they would did a great job no problems at all

Was absolutely rapt with the speed in getting the quote and then for the job to be completed. Very Very Happy with the end result as well as the fence looks brilliant. Super friendly from start to finish.

Appalling customer service!! I accepted a quote for [removed name] to replace our fence, and waited 2 months for this to occur (due to lockdown). 4 days out from [removed name] arriving onsite, I received a call from him asking for our neighbours phone number and surname. I informed him that I didn't have this and would need to get it. [removed name] then proceeded to tell me that it is unusual for people not to provide this information and that my neighbour must be RETARDED for not doing so in the first place. I told him I was highly offended that he called my elderly neighbours retarded and said that language was inappropriate especially when it was just because they had omitted some information. There was no need for him to call them names just for that. His exact response to my comment was "I don't know why you're offended, I could've called them a lot worse names".... He then proceeded to complain about having to work on a Sunday preparing invoices for customers, did not offer an apology, and because I told him his language was inappropriate and I didn't appreciate the name calling, he then proceeded to cancel the job. It reminded me of a three year old throwing a tantrum. Or maybe he just woke up in a bad mood and decided to take it out on his customer. Either way, I certainly would not recommend [removed name] for any job purely based on his lack in customer service skills.
