Poor quality. Overcharging. Woeful customer service. I had books, business cards, post cards and stickers printed to take to the London and Bologna book fairs. Got over there and found that 50% of the books had obvious faults and the business cards all smudged when stored against one another. The stickers were double the price of elsewhere. Paid top dollar for bottom quality. The postcards were dull too. It's 10 months on now, the matter remains unresolved. To say that Blue Star Printing in Clayton (part of the IVE Group) has been less than on the front foot in addressing this, would be an understatement. Unimpressed and out of pocket.
