Entering Blue Tiger, it was warm and inviting, tables nicely spaced (not cramped). Very clean with a sofa near the fire. We ordered a hot chocolate and the Pancakes.
Hot Choc arrived very promptly, followed soon after by 1 plate of pancakes, the 2nd plate no where to be seen, I approched the counter and spoke to the girl that served us, she spoke to the cook, who had miss read the order and only made one lot, free coffee's were offered as a sorry for the mistake, the 2nd plate arrived soon after.
A huge white round plate with 4 saucer sized pancakes, small jug of Maple syrup, compot of mixed berries, dish of whipped double cream, decorated with a sprig of mint, violets and pansy flowers, the whole thing dusted with icing sugar.
To say it was very filling is an understatement! Delicious,yummy,wholesome food. :)
