Bluebell acted on our behalf for the purchase of our new house and the sale of our current house.
Through the purchasing process they chased down a number of outstanding issues, including difficulties with a tenancy, excess rubbish, and faulty appliances. They were like a dog with a bone and didn't let up until we were satisfied with the result. In the end they quite literally saved us not just their fee, but thousands of additional dollars. Settlement proceeded without a hitch.
With regard to the sale of our house, they hassled us in much the same way to ensure that the Section 32 was delivered on time - and I look forward to our settlement proceeding as smoothly for our current house as it did our new one.
Would thoroughly recommend, and would definitely use again.
