Bluey's Rubbish Removals

I booked Bluey 3 days ahead and he turned up looking like he was already having a bad day and it was only 8.30am, citing he had a 'difficult week'. He kept fretting and exaggerating the amount of rubbish I had despite showing photos prior, agreeing on a price.
Was prepared to overlook his appalling attitude to get the work done, yet when I questioned the removal, he said don't worry about it and left making it appear as if it was my fault and that I had inconvenienced him. Several calls later, I chose someone else who'll get the job done and also offered a 10% discount off cost. I would never use this guy again. Sour faced, rude and very unprofessional.

Approximate cost: $395

We had a very positive experience when we engaged Bluey's services. He was friendly, provided a very reasonable quote and completed the job the following day.

Made promises & excuses and didn't turn up to job when he said he would, delayed for days. Really bad service don't bother.

Do not use this company. The service was disgusting and the person I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering him, when I was paying him for a service. I was advised that he might or not turn up when scheduled so I cancelled the job.

[redacted inflammatory comment] Paid him $400 to take rubbish while we were away, he took half and we still have a lot of rubbish on our front lawn a month later!!

Don't even bother, hasn't turned up 2 nights in a row after saying he'd come and quote. Not even a phone call to advise he wasn't coming.
