I have purchased a Merc from BM Prestige in Nov 2020 for near $30k. It's begging of a nightmare.

They couldn't deliver the car due to engine light pops on and delayed the delivery twice. Finally I got the car in early of Dec 2020. After few days, engine light pops on again, same issue. So I contacted BM Prestige immediately but they advised couldn't do anything due to X'mas is coming and they will get back to me after new year.

After that, I tried contact them via emails, phone calls, txt messages, all I got was ‘they will get back to me…… Finally in Feb 2021, they contacted me advised it’s a re-call from Mercedes and suggest me to see them. So I did, Mercedes only doing re-call for Software upgrades, not about the engine light pops on, hence problem still occurred. Then I went back to BM Prestige, they said the same thing again: they will get back to me.
After a numbers of phone calls, emails, messages, I advised them will take it to Office of Fair Trading. Finally, they agreed to check the Merc and asked me to bring the car into their garage in April 2021.

I have spent a whole day waiting in their workshop, at the end they told me they need few more days to fix the problem. That left me no choice but to travelled back to Gold Coast without my Merc. After few days, got a call from them, advised still couldn’t fix the problem but will send the Merc to Mercedes dealership for repair. It took nearly one month for BM Prestige to contact me again, however problem still not fixed.
Then they advised that they know an expert can fix Mercedes issues but I need to pay the repair fee by myself. I advised that there are warranty on the Merc, surprisingly they replied me that the car was purchased in Nov 2020, so the 3 months warrant has expired.
I was shocked that the car never worked properly and BM keep pushing the responsibility away. So I took them to Office of Fair trading in Jun 2021, after months of battle, finally they agreed and got the Merc fixed in Oct 2021.

Basically I have paid near $30k and couldn’t use the car properly for nearly A year!

We just bought a vehicle from B M Prestige & we are 58 years old so have dealt with many car dealers over the years. This company is so professional, easy to deal with and deliver with everything they say. Highly recommend this company and very surprised very happy customer
