I found the service provided by Bms R Us to be immaculate, the service they provided for my car was done in an efficient manner with the price corresponding with the work that was put it in, I also purchased parts for my viechle which were fairly cheap priced as well, friendly and experienced staff, will not be taking my BMW elsewhere

Sold my parts that were apparently tested and didn't work. It took 4 goes at getting a window control module that worked and they happily sold me door actuators that were burnt out. They are also expensive. service is not friendly either. Trust me go else where.

Very good service, prompt and reasonably priced. Rang to confirm if they had the part I required which they did, came in later that week no booking and confirmed the part and price and was fitted and installed while I waited. All done in 30 minutes. Very impressed with the prompt service compared to others that were too busy and will be going back if required in future. Highly recommend.

I was appalled at the service from the bussiness of BMRus. I requested a part be sent to me in QLD and was assured by staff and management, that it was the correct item as i had to cover the postage both ways (I even sent the vin # for the part and detailed descriptions.) It arrived and i found it was for a completely different model of car and was of no use to me. After contacting them they were very reluctant to help me out. It took 1 month of phone calls to finally secure a refund but the cost of postage to Qld from Melbourne and return was was paid by me at a cost of $100, even though they made the mistake. great service thanks for wasting my money.
