Due to urgent circumstances, we had to use this business to repair our vehicle. Our car was towed by RACQ & things would have been much better for us if it had of been towed to an RACQ approved mechanic as the job would have had some warranty. We paid close to $1000 for a repair job that lasted less than 12 months. We had to have the same job done again by our own mechanic at a slightly lesser cost. We attempted to see if BNW would at least reimburse us for the part, but not at all helpful.
