Jason makes a great product and his service was fantastic. I inquired online, and after a few emails to establish the finer details of the rack it wasn't long before it was on my doorstep in Victoria. Following a short search for a board rack I found Boat Channel Boardracks and after a helpful phone conversation I ordered a custom rack suitable for a 10'6" SUP, 10' & 8'6" longboards.

I emailed Boat Channel Boardracks, asking if they could build me custom racks for my kayaks. I was dealing with Jason (who is a fantastic guy). Jason was very helpful, very prompt and very honest. He helped me with the kayak racks that I needed. He built the racks - all to sizes required. They were delivered within the timeframe – so tick, tick, tick. The workmanship on the racks was of great quality. Would highly recommend using Boat Channel Boardracks.
